Director

After graduating from Dundee University with a degree in accountancy, I started a training contract with a small accountancy practice in Dundee. From there I qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant with the ACCA and remained with the firm for 9 years. I then made the move back across the water in 2015 to take up an Account Manager position with HMW and was appointed as a director in October 2019. 

I work with owner managed businesses across Northern Ireland and Scotland, helping them grow their businesses. I enjoy the high level of client contact that this brings, and I aim to build strong, lasting relationships with my clients ensuring that advice is best tailored to their needs. I am an enthusiastic champion of Xero and have assisted many clients in their conversion from desktop accounting software.

By day, I’m immersed in the world of Accountancy, but outside the confines of work, my passion for good food comes to life. In my spare time, you’ll often find me on a delectable journey, in pursuit of Ireland’s finest tasting menus. I love to explore new and exciting places with my husband, the most recent adventure being to Australia to meet the latest addition to the family, our nephew, James.
